These are rough estimates, not official numbers. Watch usage in the panel and txAdmin, and upgrade when you need to.
| Server | Approximate RAM |
|---|---|
| Small or test server, a few friends | 4 GB |
| QBCore or ESX roleplay, 20 to 32 players | 6 GB |
| Busy roleplay with many scripts and custom maps, up to 48 players | 8 GB |
| Heavy servers with lots of streamed cars and maps | 12 to 16 GB |
FiveM plans come in 4, 6, 8, 12 and 16 GB on Premium+ (Ryzen 9 9950X). Each plan includes 10 GB of NVMe per 1 GB of RAM, backups, and its own port for txAdmin. Prices are on Premium+ plans and prices.
What raises usage
- Streamed cars, clothing and maps, which the server holds in memory.
- Many scripts running loops all the time.
- More players online at once.
A free Cfx.re key allows up to 48 players, so going past 16 GB rarely helps.
