How to cancel

1. Download a backup of all your files from the panel.
2. Open a Billing ticket in our Discord server  with your billing account email and the server you want to cancel.
3. Say whether you want to cancel now or let it run until the end of the period you already paid for.

You can also simply not pay the next invoice. The invoice is created 7 days before the due date, the server is suspended on the due date if it is unpaid, and it is deleted after the grace period. See renewals, suspension and deletion.

Refunds

Cancelling does not automatically refund you. If you are within 3 days of purchase, or think you qualify, read how to request a refund and the refund policy.
