Where do I see my due date?
Log in at billing.atbphosting.com and open Services or Invoices. Renewal invoices are generated 7 days before the due date.
When exactly is it due?
Billing runs on Edmonton time at 00:00, which is around 2 PM Philippine time. It shifts by an hour with daylight saving time.
Suspension
If the invoice is unpaid on the due date, the server is suspended. You cannot start it or use its files in the panel. No files are deleted while it is suspended. Paying the invoice unsuspends it automatically.
Termination
An unpaid server is deleted 7 days after it was suspended (this is being changed to 3 days, so do not rely on the longer window). Deleted servers and their backups cannot be recovered.
