Upgrading or downgrading a server

Go to https://billing.atbphosting.com > Services > your server > Upgrade.
Pick the new plan size and check out.
Pay the invoice with your preferred payment method. The server upgrades once the invoice is marked paid.
Restart the server in the panel so the new resources apply.

Upgrades are charged pro rata for the days left in your current cycle. Your due date stays the same; the next renewal is at the new plan’s price.
Downgrades return the difference as account credit (at the discounted rate you paid), used on your next invoice. Make sure your files fit the smaller disk first.
You can only move between sizes in the same line (Budget+ to Budget+, Premium+ to Premium+). To move from Budget+ to Premium+, open a Sales Inquiry ticket; staff move your files to the Premium+ machine. The server IP changes when it moves.
Some sizes (especially 48 and 64 GB) can be out of stock; the upgrade page only shows sizes that are available.
