When you ask staff or other server owners for help, they usually need your log. Pasting a huge log into chat is messy, so upload it instead.

Get the log

1. Open the Files tab and go to the logs folder.
2. latest.log is the log from your current or most recent run. Older logs are compressed as .gz files.
3. You can also copy text straight from the panel Console tab if the problem just happened.

Upload it

1. Open a paste site such as mclo.gs , which is made for Minecraft logs.
2. Paste the log text or upload the file and save.
3. Copy the link and send it in your support ticket.

Before you share

Logs can include player names and IP addresses. Good log sites hide IPs automatically, but check for passwords, tokens or anything private. Never post your panel login or API keys.
