How to request a refund

This guide shows how to ask for a refund. For the rules on who qualifies, read the refund policy. The live policy is also at atbphosting.com .

Who can get a refund

Within 3 days of purchase: a full refund, as long as the Terms of Service were not broken.
After 3 days: decided case by case. If approved, the refund is prorated for the time you already used, often as account credit.

Download a backup of your files from the panel (see the backups guide).
Join our Discord server and open a Billing ticket from the panel in the ticket channel.
Give your invoice number, the email of your billing account, and the reason for the refund.
Wait for staff to reply. Tickets close after 12 hours without a reply, so check back.

Once a refund or cancellation is processed, your server and its files are deleted and cannot be recovered. Download a backup first.

Refunds go back to the original payment method where possible, otherwise as account credit.
