• You must be 18 or older, or have a parent’s or guardian’s consent. One account per person or organisation.
• Services are prepaid. A new server is usually set up within a minute of the first payment; unpaid orders are cancelled after 1 day.
• Not allowed: anything illegal, pirated content, DDoS or attack tools, network scanning or brute forcing, malware or phishing, spam, cryptocurrency mining, open proxies or VPN exit services, attacking other customers, or using so much CPU, disk or network that other customers suffer.
• Breaking these rules can mean immediate suspension, and termination without refund for serious or repeated cases.
• Our uptime target is 99.9% a month (a target, not a guarantee). Incidents are posted on https://status.atbphosting.com .
• Price changes apply from your next renewal, with notice beforehand.
