Renewals, overdue invoices, suspension and deletion

A renewal invoice is created before your due date. If you link your Discord with /billing link, the bot also reminds you.
If you have enough account credit, or a saved PayPal/Stripe payment method, the invoice is paid automatically.
You can renew early by paying the renewal invoice before the due date.
If the invoice is still unpaid on the due date, the server is suspended (it stops and you cannot use it in the panel). Billing runs on Canadian Mountain time, so suspensions happen around 2 PM to 3 PM Philippine time on the due date.
7 days after the due date, an unpaid server and all its files are permanently deleted. Nothing can be recovered after that, and its backups are deleted too.
Paying the overdue invoice before deletion unsuspends the server automatically.
Need your files but cannot renew? Open a ticket before deletion and ask staff to help you download a backup.
Your billing account is not deleted when a server expires; only that server is.
